Thorough course that goes into the details of pharmacology in a way that's helpful for acupuncturists generally focused on their patients' safety and experience (how to dose and time herbs properly when patients are on medications in a way that's supported by science and considers compliance, etc) and for me personally as I expand my practice from acupuncture and herbs into Western medicine. Presents a lot of detailed information clearly without dumbing it down. Dr. Sperber is engaging, very knowledgeable, and makes the time fly! He explained complex concepts so that it jogged memory from basic sciences and pharmacology classes and then went deeper.
