Cardiovascular disease is (unnecessarily) the #1 cause of death in the USA.Part three will provide the causes of blood stasis and its role in cardiovascular disease. Including the methodologies and principles utilized to prevent cardiovascular disease.

15 min - 45 minCauses of blood stasis from an environmental perspective. Identifying platelet aggregation and poor blood flow (blood stasis) as the primary proximal cause of cardiovascular disease and death.
45 min - 1 hrsDiscuss the methodologies and principles utilized to prevent cardiovascular disease. Examine herbal formulas, supplements and lifestyle to correct and prevent blood stasis.
