Dr. Deb will discuss birth and postpartum from her perspective as a doula, childbirth educator, and licensed acupuncturist. Deb shares her knowledge of the stages of postpartum, urinary incontinence, insomnia, spontaneous sweating, irregular menses, mother roasting, nutrition, and loss in pregnancy.

15 min - 30 minUnderstand the different types of loss in pregnancy and how to support patients.

30 min - 45 minThis segment teaches the stages of postpartum and the TCM goals for each stage.
