Cecilia Lucenti graduated, first in her class, in Medicine at the University of Siena and graduated also in singing at Siena’s Conservatory. During her university years she became passionate about the study of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine to which she devoted herself exclusively. She graduated in Acupuncture at Traditional Acupuncture School in Florence, holds a Master in Acupuncture at the University of Florence and one in Auriculotherapy at the University of Paris. Cecilia has been direct student of numerous internationally renowned masters with whom she learns different acupuncture techniques present in the world and their neurophysiological implications: Toshikatsu Yamamoto, Zhu Ming Qing, Jeongwa Song, Poney Chiang and David Alimì. She worked at Pitigliano Hospital, the first public hospital in Italy that uses acupuncture on hospitalized patients where she worked in particular on neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation. She is currently the Scientific Director of an Advanced Course in Acupuncture in Neurology at the University of Siena. She has studied in depth the Korean Aesthetic Acupuncture and she has developed several applications in Western’s faces with Agolifting. She is president of the AMI (Integrated Medical Acupuncture) an Association which promotes knowledge of Acupuncture among Medical Doctors. She won numerous sport titles as Team’s Acupuncturist Medical Doctor in basketball Italian first division (Mens Sana), she also has been the acupuncturist of Siena’s professionals soccer Team and she will accompany the Italian high jump champion to the Tokyo Olympic Games.
